Savings accounts at Community National are a convenient and worry-free way to grow your funds. With our competitive interest rates, you can be certain that you can reach your future financial goals.

My Savings

This is our basic savings tool and is a great primary savings account suitable for a wide range of customers. It can also be used as a starter account for children or students beginning to learn money management skills. With a minimum of $100 required to open, your account balance will grow steadily through the years.

There are NO monthly service fees if:
     -  You are a full-time student 21 years of age or younger, OR
     -  You maintain a minimum balance of $100, OR
     -  You maintain a total banking relationship of $50,000 or more.

For all others,  a $5 quarterly service fee applies (or $3 with eStatements).  No interest is paid if the average balance falls below $100 during the statement cycle.  Six free withdrawals are allowed per statement cycle;  $3 for each additional withdrawal. 

My Money Market Savings

The Money Market account is one of our most convenient options for savers who also want the convenience of occasional check writing.  Enjoy unlimited withdrawals in person or at any of our ATMs.  Minimum opening deposit is  $3,000. 

There are NO monthly service fees if:
     -  You maintain a minimum balance of $3,000, OR
     -  You maintain a total banking relationship of $50,000 or more.

For all others,  a $12.50 monthly service fee applies (or $10.50 with eStatements).  Six checks/transfers are allowed per month. 

CDs

A Certificate of Deposit, or CD, is a savings vehicle with a maturity date ranging from one month to five years. These accounts accrue interest at a higher rate, and are perfect for long-term savings needs, including a home or a child’s future education. Withdrawals before maturity are subject to penalties, and a minimum initial deposit of $1,000 is required.

IRAs

It's never too early or too late to begin your Individual Retirement Account. You may enjoy significant tax advantages and a competitive rate with no administration fees. A minimum initial deposit of $1,000 is required.
